Sungate issue

Hi~I have a Sungate & a couple days ago it stopped working. It basically had no power. After checking the contactor, the power worked & the bed lamps do turn on, however, the fans & the facials are not working now. We checked the voltage & it has enough power going to the bed. Can anyone help with this problem?
