Icon startup problem

Our Icon has ben giving us trouble for some time now. Quite often when we attempt to start the unit it will not start. We use an external tmax timer and even if the delay time has ended and the tan time began it will not start. If on the timer on the unit itself the "+" or "start" button is pressed it will then start. In some cases it will start on its own after the delay time is ended or if the tmax on the wall is pressed but then others the plus or start button need to be pressed. Sometimes it will refuse to start entirely and we will reset the breaker it will then come on.

Would this be an issue with the wiring, programming.. any ideas? Thanks!
