“Priceless” customer service

So I made an order from a large distributor that I do not normally use. I ordered some disinfectant & some towels. The order comes in with only half of one type of the towels and 30% of them that did arrive were rejects that were not in the original plastic (like they had already been returned once). On top of that the disinfectant was not the one I ordered.

I e-mail and they quickly responded that the ½ of towels were back ordered and that they would also get some more coming my way to replace the rejects. They were also on the ball to replace the disinfectant as well, but it has yet to come, although the invoice arrived today (with the wrong disinfectant listed, I guess we’ll see when it gets here) and 3 t-shirts as a gift from my troubles.

I only do spray tanning and do not sell tanning lotion (these are tanning lotion shirts), the 3 shirts they sent are all girl/women sizes and not exactly my style.

I do have a sense of humor however and I will not name the distributor since we all have bad days… at least they are trying to get it fixed. So if my rep from this distributor is on here (I think you are), you will get a kick out of this pic. Have a great week people
