Our salon recently purchased a Pura sunless booth, and we have been going crazy trying to get it to associate properly with SalonTouch.
So far, the Pura is set up to the TMax and shows as active in the salon manager. When we set the Pura from SalonTouch, it has no effect. We still have to manually go back and select the correct spray setting on the Pura to get it to work. One technician says this is a Pura software error, another tech says it's the TMax. Not sure where to go from here.
