Sunvision 24S Wolff - all lights stopped working !

I have a 24S sunvision Wolff tanning bed. All the bulbs worked before I purchased it and hauled it, but after setting it back up, none of them are coming on. I know for a fact the plug, etc. works because I have another bed I tested it on. I’ve made sure everything was plugged up correctly & tightly. The timer ticks once (like it’s supposed to) when you turn it from 0. However, no lights come on when this happens. Not sure if a fuse is blown or what the deal is. The fan on top of the tanning bed canopy comes on also.
