Helios error code

When I tried to print out payroll report, I get an error code of: error getting printer defaults. Error # 2147467259. Description: Could not use *; file already in use.

tried it again and got another error: Run-time error 91. Object variable or 'With block variable not set.

Any idea if this is Helios or the computer???
