Medium Pressure ????/

Please tell me that I didn't just get schooled by an ex-salon manager. So this young woman walks in and says she's going to work in town with her new job so she is looking for a salon. She goes on to explain she has managed a salon in Ames and wants to know about my beds. I only have three beds, all from Heartland, the 3400 and 5400. When I am telling her about them she asks me if I have a medium pressure bed. That's where she stumps me. I have never ever heard of medium pressure. Only high pressure and low pressure. I explain to her that there is no such thing as medium pressure beds. They either use the low pressure long fluorescent tube bulbs are the very small high pressure bulbs.

Please tell me I am correct, and that I didn't just make a food of myself.
