Mystic Tan HD assembly manual/kit list

Hi,

I bought a second hand Mystic Tan HD booth. It was already disassembled, so I could just see lots of parts hoses etc. No screws or brackets. I can buy screw or brackets but how to get this thing together up and running? I'm not even sure if some parts are not missing.

Does anyone have some kind of assembly manual and kit list for this model?
