Bulbs burning under 200hrs, Why?

My HT 60 bulbs are only getting 200 hours before the bulbs burned out. It lid bright red at the end before it burned out.
And it's look like it is on every other bulb. Do you think is the connection, capacitor, ballast, or others? Any advice will be great.
Spec: Hollywood tan HT 60- 160w. S10 starter. Original ballast. All bulbs are under 200 hrs. 4 bulbs already changed since last month.
