Paula Abdul sues tanning salon

Apparently, Paula Abdul sued a tanning salon for allegedly getting burnt from an infrared wrap and tanning session. Because of this incident, our wrap customers are getting paranoid because they get a little pink after doing a formostar session.
Have any of written up a waiver for the formostar system? Im getting nervous with all these people that sue over just about anything.
