Matrix fans working but not lamps?

Hi, Hoping someone can help out. I just got a call from a staff member that the fans will come on but not the lamps in one of our Matrix beds? She flipped the breaker and waited a few times but still no lamps.

Anyone have any ideas what it could be and what to look for?
