I have a vector tanning bed from tanses

The 1st facial is coming on
the 2nd facial is sometimes (often) coming on
and if not i see a kind of arc into the lamp
and it eventually comes on
The 3rd facial is not coming on at all now (was doing like the 2nd for a week)
I don't know for sure the hours on it but according to the previous owner of the bed they've been changed and they should have no more than 400h on it ( no way to make sure though )
from the vents i can see the fans are ok and there is no visible damage to anything on the circuit
there is a relay for the top, the bottom and the facials which works fine
ignitors are Tridonic.ATCO
ZRM 4.5-ES/C
HS/SON 70-400W
HI/MBI 35-400W
but the lamps should be 500W according to the specs... ????
why 400w ignitors on 500w lamps ? is it ok ? ignitors never been replaced for sure.
Hope to hear from you soon since i don't want to open-close-open-close-open-close the bed multiple times trying to figure out what it could be switching parts from side to side....btw i don't currently have replacement facials/ignitors for that bed i got a few months ago
regarding replacement lamps, how much should it cost me to change 3 facials lamps ? (lamp price only since i can replace them myself)
